SBOBET Live Baccarat: reading the roads and the table limits
A live baccarat table with full scoreboards, a limits panel and two newer side bets. What SBOBET's baccarat screen shows and what the roads can't tell you.
SBOBET's live baccarat packs a lot onto one screen: scoreboards, a dealer video, a result panel and a wide betting felt. The screenshots here come from a rupiah account in 2019 and carry only SBOBET branding, with no studio logo.
The top panels
The left panel is the scoreboard. The upper grid is the bead road, where each hand is a coloured letter: red B for Banker, blue P for Player and green T for Tie. Under it is the big road, with red and blue rings in columns. Below that sit the counts for the shoe so far. In the hero shot they read B 33, P 27, TIE 7, BP (banker pair) 1, PP (player pair) 4 and DEALS 67.
The dealer video is in the middle, and the right panel shows the derived roads, small grids of rings and slashes, or a banner when a hand ends, such as BANKER WINS. Wagered and Last Win are underneath.
Reading a result
In the hero screenshot, Player has 5 in a blue box and Banker has 6 in a red box, with the cards laid out between them. Banker wins by one point.
Table limits and side bets
Clicking Table Limit opens a list for this table:

The felt prints the payouts: TIE 8 TO 1, PAIR 11 TO 1 on each side, and FORTUNE SIX 12 TO 1 / 20 TO 1. The side bets have much lower maximums than the main bets, and like most baccarat side bets they carry a higher house edge than Player or Banker.
When we first joined, a note appeared over the felt: "Welcome to try our new bet option: Fortune Six, Dragon Bonus", with arrows pointing to where they sit. On most tables, Fortune Six is a bet that the Banker wins with a total of 6. We couldn't see the Dragon Bonus pay table in these captures.
A word on the roads
Players love to read streaks in the big road. They don't carry information: the Banker bet has a slightly lower house edge than Player in the long run, and Tie a much higher one, no matter what the board shows. Our gambling myths guide goes through this.

Is there a commission on Banker?
The felt has a tab labelled Commission on its left edge, but our screens don't show what it switches. On a standard table a winning Banker bet usually pays 0.95 to 1. Check the table rules before betting.
Do the roads help predict the next hand?
No. Each hand is dealt from the shoe regardless of the pattern on the scoreboard. The roads are a record, not a forecast.
